Oat Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Good Morning, or Evening or Afternoon - hello to wherever you may be whilst reading this! How are you?

Today I wanted to share with you a breakfast I created last weekend that was just too good to not share! As soon as I poured it into the bowl I thought 'hmm maybe I should snap a pic of this in case it tastes as good as it looks' and alas - it did!

Oat Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
 

Ingredients
BLEND
- 1/4 cup of Oats
- Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup of Almond Milk 
- Scoop of  Perfect Fit Protein - LINK!
- dash of Vanilla Paste
 

TOP
- sprinkle of oven roasted Almond Slivers
- half a grated Apple
- tablespoon of Maple Syrup


Ahhhh yum, let me know if you make this and what you think! This is super filling because of the oats, creamy with the banana, great for post workout with the protein and satisfies the sweet spot with the maple.
