#NoFilter

Hello there, how are you? I know ive not posted in what feels like forever to me. The creative juices have not been flowing and I'm at a bit of a 'what should I do next' thought process in life right now.
~
That's the thing I love about this space. If I have inspiration to post, ill post more than once a day - sometimes I have none and I don't want to post just for the sake of posting. I'd rather make sure I'm recording things that have meaning to me, things I want to have recorded on this space in the internet.
~
I'm sure ill be back into post/blog swing soon. When the inspiration strikes you shall know.
~
But today I had to share these photos I took a week ago in my backyard.
Too pretty not to share.
xoxo
p.s. my Dad is a total dork.

Catch Up Photos

Hello there, how are you? How have you been?
As we are in a world of constant technology being available I find that I am always snapping away at my day (by snapping I mean taking photos...I don't go around clicking my fingers at everything!) And so as my iPhone folder fills there is just too many things in a day that I capture to place anywhere (I somehow don't think I should post 10+ Instagram pictures daily... do you?) So every now and then I'm going to throw a few up on the blog and give a little explanation on what they are and why I snapped them .... be prepared for mostly food, food and food. I have a thing with wanting needing to photograph everything I eat...I feel in 10 years there will be a study on this and it will be considered a disease of sorts!

Top L-R
1: A dessert of Rhubarb, Greek Yoghurt and Honey made by my Dad - so tasty!

3: Skyping with my bestest friend / soulmate ... I am not too sure as to why we were doing this but it gave us the giggles!
4: My newest obsession, Kombucha! IT IS SO YUM! Its a bubbly drink which is made bubbly by the fermented bacteria and yeast + tea... sounds so wired but its just oh so good!

Sydney Opera House

Hi there, welcome to my slice of interwebs!
Today's post is a little mini photo-shoot of the Opera House in Sydney. I went on a little getaway with my Mum and we actually went to an Opera (which was amazing, the way they use their voices and project them is mind boggling to me!) and whilst there we had a wander and I snapped some shots of the external façade using my DSLR Camera. I am starting to get back into Photography in a big way this year so snapping shots of things I find interesting is turning into a big hobby of mine. I am currently taking a Photography course and enjoy learning more about my camera and overall knowledge of photography so I decided to share that here on my blog with you!
Interesting fact about the Opera House: My Grandfather actually designed the very first model of the Opera House to see if it was even possible to build - pretty cool!
All these images are direct off my camera, settings were changed within the camera to create different lighting effects.

What do you think? Constructive criticism is always welcome! I'm thinking I may print one off and frame it - which would you print off if you had to pick one? I cant choose!
xoxo
