Video: London & Paris

Well hello there!
Opps....I've not blogged in quite some time have I? Life is really happening at the moment full of an awful lot of things I need to deal with so sadly I've let the blog go down to the bottom of my to-do list. Alas this is ok as it is my spot on the web to put things whenever the mood strikes me, but for all of you lovely lot who do actually keep up on my little dot I do apologise!
~
To keep you in the loop I thought I would share a video I made from my holiday on here for you to have a gander at should you feel the urge.

What do you think?
Let me know!
~
Hopefully life will calm down a bit in the next few weeks and you can expect to start seeing some more regular posts appear.

Tone It Up Nutrition Plan Meal

Hi hi there!

Long time no blog... whoops! I am back home now from my holiday and have been getting back into the swing of things, along with trying to sort through my thousands of pictures and videos from my trip!
Anywho, for a break from all my holiday snaps I wanted to quickly pop up this meal I ate a few weeks ago. I am currently on week 8 of the Tone It Up Bikini Series and am on day #3 of the 7 Day Slim Down so a meal inspired post seemed appropriate!

This meal comes from the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan - read all about it HERE!

This is the Grilled Hawaiian Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Paris Travel Photo Diary Day #1

Bonjour comment allez-vous?
Welcome back to another photo travel diary post! Today is my first batch of Paris photos. I was lucky enough to get to venture to Paris with my most bestest friend (yes I consider that to be a word) to experience all the amazing-ness of what this incredible city had to offer! We were there for 4 days and I want to share via photos what we got up to. I'm hoping this also might serve of some value to anyone who is considering going to Paris or is already planning to and trying to figure out what to see and do in a short amount of time!

On the train from London a touch excited (we went on the Euro star and it was great - comfy seats, reasonable price and got us to the centre of Paris in two hours)

My first meal, tomato and mozzarella salad (of course I had some French baguette with it too!)

Ahhhh the Eiffel Tower, so iconic! It had a giant tennis ball on it whilst we were there as the French Open was on

Such a cool way to display beautiful flowers - loved!

The chimneys in Paris = heart loves

The view from the second level of the Eiffel Tower - such an incredible view!
This is something I would defiantly recommend doing if you ever go to Paris, and I would also 100% recommend buying a skip the line ticket. We were up and seeing this incredible view with no waiting in line, it was amazing! (the line tends to be 4hrs + wait). I booked our tickets through Easy Pass Tours and would wholeheartedly recommend, they were great! LINK HERE!

My beautiful bestie with her front backpack on to avoid anyone pickpocketing

Looking up from the second level

Paris...its love. I love the whiteness of the city and how feminine everything is

Tourist shop at the top

Lol my bestie makes me laugh a lot

And then she actually licked the Eiffel Tower, one to tick off the bucket list!

The view from the very tippy top!

Hitting up a bit of yoga whilst enjoying the view tehehe

That night we decided to have a relax and enjoy a 'picnic' of sorts in our hotel whilst watching Friends in French. We had a lovely lady at the supermarket show us the best wine and cheese to have, such a gem! The strawberries in Paris were the sweetest most amazing strawberries I've EVER had! They were like a dessert they were just so sweet!

Day one was a success!
~
Tips and tricks:
- Book a skip the line ticket to avoid wasting time standing for hours waiting
- Book a hotel near the sights, I promise it is worth it to pay a bit extra to be only a walk away from everything. That way if your tired and want a break you can easily return
- Be wary of pickpockets and scammers, nothing to worry about as if your aware you wont have a worry
- Have a bag with a zip or tie so you always know when its closed
- Make friends with the locals, best Camembert I've ever tasted!
~
Stay tuned for more
xoxo

London Travel Photo Diary #2

Hello again, here I am back for round two of my London Travel Photo Diary.
Lets just get right into it shall we? The photo always says way more than I can type!

Breakfast before heading out for a day of sightseeing. I love making sure I have one 'home & healthy' style meal whilst traveling. This is muesli, almond milk, greek yoghurt, strawberries and half a banana.

A typical red double decker bus!

Oxford street shopping - Boots oh boots ....

Looking up Regent Street

The buildings here are just beautiful

Selfridges! Who else watched the TV show?

Loved all the window displays

A cool idea in the makeup section

Liberty's - another shopping destination

Harrods is AMAZING! Defiantly go browse this wonderful store if your ever in London

I mean, thats the roof in the handbag section....?!?!

Confectionary heaven!

The top floor has an exhibition on Prada and the history and the clothes, oh so beautiful!

Having a coffee in Harrods at the Milanese cafe

Heaven right!?

The cosmetics and perfume section

Torz pretending she is in Bride Wars picking out a ring

Regent Street

Carnaby Street

Hamleys toy store - a mecca of all things toys! Myself, bestie, Mum and Dad spent a good hour in here just looking on all the levels reminiscing about toys we use to have - such fun!
~
I hope your enjoying these, I like having the best pics of each day in a place that I can easily access as well so hopefully its of some interest to you all as well!
Until next time, xoxo
