Adorning in April #17: Lusting over Lush

Ahhh is there any better way to end a day? 

It's made even better that this is a short work week due to Easter! 4 days off - so excited! 

I am thoroughly obsessed with Lush products and tend to pick up a few bath bombs every few months to treat myself. This one I hadn't used before, the Big Blue Bath Ballistic. I really enjoyed it - it had lavender, lemon and seaweed in it and it smelt like I was sitting on the sand by the ocean! Very refreshing.

Lush Bath Bomb - Christmas Edition

Hello, how are you?

Today I am sharing with you a recent Lush Bath Bomb that I purchased, it is a Christmas edition so I wanted to let you know to try it!

~

It was one of those cold nights the other day so I thought I would give this a try and wowie was it a delight! The Luxury Lush Pud is a bath bomb with the scent of Christmas (best way I can describe it lol). It has Lavender, Ylang Ylang Oil and Gardenias in it which creates such a relaxing scent.

~

It makes the bath this dark plum color, I felt like I was in the Christmas Pudding! The Ylang Ylang Oil made this a really moisturising bath and left my skin super soft.

~

This is perfect to use right before bed to get you calm, warm, realxed and sleepy.

 

 

Have you tried this bath bomb? Are there any you would reccommend, I think I'm becomming obsessed with Lush again!

Super quick post just to say a quick hi ~ I have been away for a week on a beach holiday, bliss pure bliss it was!

Favorite Lush Product

I have been a fan of Lush products for about a year now, ever since the store opened up in the Civic Centre I have always grabbed something when passing by.

I have many favourites from there (if you have never tried the bath bombs, I beg you - go get one asap!) however I think I now know what my ultimate favourite is.

Introducing the Ocean Salt Facial Scrub.

I know this is a firm favourite due to this tub being my third one.

This product if perfect if you have oily / combination skin like me, it is the best working exfoliate I've ever used and smells amazing!

It is covered with sea salt on the top and a bright blue colour, but once you blend it all together it becomes this baby blue colour. It literally smells like your having a cocktail in your shower.

When you scrub it on your face, it is the actual chunks of sea salt that do the exfoliating, and when rinsing it off it has a almost stinging sensation ~ which is actually something I really like about it, to me that is an indicator of it actually doing its job.

~

Another plus of Lush Product is that they use as many natural ingredients as possible, they have deals where if you return 5 or more of these you receive a free face mask (another fav) and they actually show on the tubs the person who made the product. It’s nice for a change to have a brand who do things a little differently.
